Laser engraving & placement

No logo uploaded

Upload a logo with a transparent background for an accurate engraving preview. Solid image backgrounds will also appear as engraved areas. PNG, JPG, or WebP; up to 5 MB and 4096 × 4096 pixels.

Choose Position logo to drag the artwork directly. Placement sliders work on mobile too. Logos and lettering are laser engraved and preview in the base-layer color. There is no separate text or print color.

Size & shape

Enter requested dimensions in inches. This is a design concept, not a verified fitment template. Support slots, recesses, cutouts, thickness, and material must be reviewed before production. The preview represents a flat pad only.

Start with colors, then upload a logo or add lettering.

GUN RACK APPLICATIONS

Build the foam around
the rack you actually use.

Gun racks vary by style, support spacing, stock-rest shape, and frame design. Plan the padding around the actual rack and the surfaces that contact your firearms.

Start with the stock-rest shelf, support rail, or contact strip you want padded. Send a photo of the complete rack and close-ups of each area so we can review the shape, attachment, and clearances.

FINISH YOUR GUN RACK

Custom foam for
gun racks.

Rack styles differ, so the project starts with the exact surface, clearance, and hardware.

Stock rests, support rails, dividers, shaped recesses, and retention hardware all affect the padding layout. Send photos of the full rack and each firearm contact area you want covered.

Match the range.

Choose a color combination for your range, gun club, display room, or personal rack.

Add laser-engraved branding.

Place a club logo, business mark, or lettering on the foam preview using the base-layer color.

Keep hardware and movement clear.

Show locks, retention straps, hinges, brackets, and mounting points so the padding layout can be reviewed around them.

Quote each rack style separately.

If the facility uses several rack models or sizes, list each one with its own dimensions and quantity.

COLORS + LASER ENGRAVING

Make the rack your own.

Bring a consistent finish to your gun racks with custom colors and laser engraving. Add a club emblem, business logo, or rack identifier, then size each pad for its specific contact surface.

COLOR

Top + base combination

Choose a visible top layer and contrasting base/border layer. Available foam colors are confirmed during quoting.

LOGO

Laser-engraved branding

Place a club, range, business, or personal logo on the 3D preview. The engraving is represented by the base-layer color.

TEXT

Rack numbers & labels

Use short engraved identifiers for rack numbers, storage positions, club names, or other approved wording.

SYSTEM

Coordinate multiple racks

Keep the same colors and artwork style across several rack models while sizing each foam piece to the actual equipment.

MEASURE THE RACK

Measure the surface.
Then check every moving part.

Measure the rack with firearms removed. Record the usable padding area, support spacing, and clearance around retention hardware and mounting points.

Stock-rest shelf

  • Measure usable length and depth
  • Show side rails, lips, stops, and seams
  • Mark where stocks rest on the shelf
  • Measure clearance to nearby hardware
  • Send top, front, and side photos

Support rail / contact strip

  • Measure the exact usable footprint
  • Show bolts, brackets, handles, and edge geometry
  • Mark any area that must remain uncovered
  • Include manufacturer / model information when available

Movement & clearance

  • Photograph retention straps, locks, and hinges
  • Show support rails, recesses, brackets, and adjustment points
  • Measure clearance around moving components

FITMENT STARTS WITH THE RACK

Gun racks
aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Measure the exact rack surface you want covered and the clearance around it.

Tell us whether you need a stock-rest pad, support-rail strip, shaped contact pad, or another rack surface covered. Include the rack manufacturer and model if available.

Rack shelvesSupport railsShaped contact padsCustom rack shapes

Support slots, locks, straps, or brackets?

Photograph each area closely. Show support slots, dividers, locks, straps, mounting bolts, and any curved edges that affect the padding. Final fit and attachment method are confirmed during review.

What to measure and photograph

  1. Usable length. Measure the exact rack surface you want covered.
  2. Usable depth. Measure the clear surface from front to back.
  3. Shape and obstructions. Show support slots, curved edges, dividers, locks, straps, and mounting bolts.
  4. Rack styles and quantities. List each different rack model or surface size separately.
  5. Photos with a tape measure. Send top, front, and side views and include make/model information when available.

Use the same measurement units throughout. Initial measurements help prepare your quote; production dimensions are confirmed before cutting.

03
WHAT AFFECTS THE QUOTE

Why one rack project
can differ from another.

The quote depends on rack model, surface size, number of unique pieces, hardware, clearance, artwork, quantity, and project timing.

01

Rack model

Wall-mounted, freestanding, display, and storage racks use different support and frame layouts.

02

Surface dimensions

Stock-rest pads, narrow rail strips, and shaped contact pads each require their own dimensions.

03

Hardware & clearance

Recesses, dividers, retention straps, locks, hinges, and mounting hardware can change the usable foam footprint.

04

Artwork variations

Different rack numbers, labels, logos, or placement rules create additional unique layouts to review.

05

Quantity

One rack and a full gun room with several rack styles have different production scopes.

06

Timing & delivery

Include the preferred in-hand date and delivery location so scheduling and shipping can be considered.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you order.

Gun-rack padding is a custom-fit project. The rack style, contact surfaces, shape, and retention hardware determine the final design.

Will this fit any gun rack?

Fitment must be reviewed for the exact gun rack. Stock rests, support slots, dividers, locks, straps, and mounting hardware can affect the foam layout.

Can I add a club logo or lettering?

Yes. Upload a logo or add lettering in the designer. The artwork is previewed as laser engraving in the base-layer color.

Can the foam go near moving rack parts?

Only if the approved layout maintains the clearance needed for normal rack operation. Show all moving parts and nearby hardware in your photos.

Can different rack models be included in one project?

Yes. List each rack model, surface dimensions, and quantity separately so the quote can account for each variation.

Can I request padding for an indoor or outdoor gun rack?

Tell us where the rack will be used and whether it is exposed to weather, oils, or cleaning products. Material and attachment suitability are reviewed with your quote.

How is it installed?

Installation depends on the approved rack surface, foam specification, and project requirements. Follow the instructions supplied with the final order.

How long does a custom rack project take?

Timing depends on rack variations, quantity, artwork, material availability, and approval. Include your preferred in-hand date.

Can you make pads for stock rests and shaped support slots?

Send measurements and close-up photos of each surface. Shaped slots, curved recesses, and cutouts may require a template. The rectangular designer shows colors and artwork placement; it does not reproduce those cutouts.

Does the padding secure the firearms?

The foam adds a contact layer; it does not replace the rack’s locks, straps, or retention system. Keep those components accessible and follow the rack manufacturer’s storage instructions.

Can one project include multiple gun-rack models?

Yes. List each manufacturer/model, surface dimensions, and quantity separately so the different racks can be reviewed while keeping the branding consistent.

Can racks have unique numbers or station labels?

Yes. Provide a clear numbering or labeling schedule and indicate which identifier belongs on each rack or foam piece.

How should I clean it?

Use the care instructions supplied with the approved order and avoid unapproved solvents or abrasive cleaning methods.
